Ferrochrome price predicted to rise in 2011 on stainless

Due to the demand for the stainless steel ingredient increases, ferrochrome contract price may go up from $1.24 a pound this year to $1.76 in 2011, about a rise of 42% , according to Alloy Metals & Steel Market Research.
