S-Feed system - to feed the machine automatically and to pull back the wire when the machine stops in order to take out the wire from the induction coils.
The alternate blow mode is available.
130KW induction coil to heat, Titanium alloys (Ti grade 3, Ti6Al4V), Light alloys (2000 and 6000 series), Nickel superalloys (waspalloy, incoloy, nimonic), Stainless steels (A286, A310) and 100Cr6.
SC-Matic Touch-Screen Panel for the supervision of the heating system with an easy interface. The PLC take care of the production start up with the intelligent Desmodrive transfer unit.
Solid die block with coated sleeve in each station, supplied with a circuit for circulation of coolant liquid and the housing wire of pyrometer to control the wire temperature.
Cutter holder with oil cooling, on fly.
WF standard equipment : High frequency generator, Temperature regulator for induction coil and die block, Optical pyrometer, 130KW induction coil fitted between the cut-off station and the wire feeder, Refrigerating units.
Automatic motorized adjustments of stock gage tip and of threaded sleeve, allowing corrections of blank length and of ejector pins position during production “on Fly” adjustment.

Consequently, the machine drives all modules automatically.
