OHI Manufacturing Company Released a new-type non-conductive U-Screw in Osaka Mechenical Components & Materials Technology Expo. The new screw has the following features.   1. Outstanding non-conductibility and corrosion resistance: Using PVDF as material, the screw doesn't make froth in fluorocarbon polymers, and has great non-conductibility and corrosion resistance. 2. Tight attachment between the bolt and insulator: Fluorocarbon polymers lining technology strongly connects the bolt and insulator without leaving any gap, thus eliminating  corrosion on the connecting part and enduring the screw. There is no need to worry about gap corrosion, or penetration and corrosion by alkali-soltution when electroplating. 3. High spec precision on the non-conductive part.
