Both Auto Output & Sales in China Create Another Peak

In the first seven months of 2012, both auto output and sales in China were over 10 million units, reaching 10.96 million units (+4.8% compared to the same period of 2011) and 10.97 million units (+3.6%) respectively.

According to the statistics of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), China CBU car export amounted to 439,900 units (+17%) while the CBU car import amounted to 614,500 units (+30.2%). The export value of auto’s peripheral devices amounted to USD35.874 billion (+16.9%) while the import value of auto’s peripheral devices amounted to USD41.612 billion (+20.5%).
