EC’s Initiation of Anti-Dumping Proceeding Concerning Indian Imports of Stainless Steel Wires
The European Commission has received a complaint pursuant to Article 5 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 November 2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community, alleging that imports of stainless steel wires, originating in India, are being dumped and are thereby causing material injury to the Union industry.
The product allegedly being dumped is the product under investigation, originating in India, currently falling within CN codes 72230019 and 72230099. These CN codes are given for information only.
