The LISI Group Records Sales Growth of 25% in 1st Half 2012

The LISI Group announced its half-yearly results for the period ended June 30, 2012 with a good overall half-yearly performance. There is a varying performance between divisions, with a strong contribution of the aerospace industry and a marked impact of the automotive crisis.
The +24.7% increase (from EUR447.1 million in the first half of 2011 to EUR557.7 million in the first half of 2012) in sales posted by the LISI Group in H1 2012, equally distributed between the first (EUR281.2 million, +25.3%) and second quarter (EUR276.5 million, +24.2%), reflects a significant scope effect: indeed, the consolidation of Creuzet Aeronautique and Indraero Siren since July 1, 2011, contributing EUR66.4 million, fuels most of this growth. On a like-for-like, exchange-adjusted, basis, sales rose by +8.4%, of which nearly 10% outside France (65% if total sales).
