CSC’s June Prices All Remain Flat

As the market expected, the June domestic steel prices announced by Taiwan China Steel Crop. (CSC) all remain flat. The legal person said CSC hadn’t gained great profits in Q1 and had high subjective ambitions to raise the steel prices. For now, the flat June prices showed that the downstream haven’t received enough orders as expected. The steel industry will enter into a consolidation.

For the status quo, after a slight rise in the end of Q1, the steel prices have kept undergoing ups and downs. The flat June prices again reflected that the future steel prices would face a trap and the period of consolidation may be extended.
