According to the International Committee of Taiwan Fastener Trading Association (TFTA), although the EU has terminated the anti-dumping measures concerning imports of certain stainless steel fasteners and parts from India on March 23, the Union still keeps imposing the provisional countervailing measures in respect of imports originating in India. The anti-countervailing duty (CVD) rates are as follows:
