FASTENER POLAND 2025 - Emerging Business Opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe

Fastener Poland, the only trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe exclusively dedicated to fastener and fastening technology, was held at Expo Krakow on October 15-16. The 8th edition event brought together 169 exhibitors from 19 countries showcasing the latest fastening technologies and related services. Alongside enthusiastic participation from Polish exhibitors, international exhibitors primarily hailed from Taiwan, India, Turkey, and China. This diverse international presence not only deepened interactions between visiting buyers and local exhibitors, but also offered a one-stop experience to explore premium products and services from exhibitors across Europe, America, and Asia.

Fastener World Inc., being one of the focal points for visitors at this exhibition and serving as the sole authorized sales agent in Taiwan for the show organizer, led dozens of high-quality Taiwanese manufacturers in a group to exhibit, aiming to further explore and capture business opportunities in Poland and the surrounding Central and Eastern European markets through face-to-face interactions with local industries and buyers. These exhibitors were Ray Fu, De Hui, Mao Chuan, Boss Precision, Tai Huei, Yi Xing, Zhishan Xing, Tsunami Precision Mold, Fratom Fastech, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan Industrial Fasteners Institute (TIFI), Joker, Hoplite, Feng Yi, L & W, Chite, Vertex, Biing Feng, MAC Precision, Chi Ning, Taiwan Precision Fastener, Ko Ying, Yeswin, Shaw Guang, Fastener Jamher Taiwan, Boltun/QST, and Apex.

According to the observations by Fastener World's on-site staff, the two-day exhibition attracted substantial visitors. Not only did local Polish exhibitors and buyers demonstrate high enthusiasm for participation, but also numerous buyers from neighboring Central and Eastern European countries traveled long distances to source products, conduct business inquiries, and observe the latest industry trends. Furthermore, benefiting from the recent trend of automotive assembly industries gradually shifting their operations to Central and Eastern Europe (such as Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia), coupled with Poland's sustained economic growth momentum over the past two years and the vigorous progress of its metro construction and multiple infrastructure projects, many buyers visiting the exhibition were actively inquiring about relevant fastener products, aiming to strategically position themselves ahead of the curve during this favorable market phase.

Tainan City Government and Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) also provided special subsidies this year for several Tainan-based exhibitors to participate in the event. During the exhibition, they arranged special visits to FEZ, a major Polish fastener manufacturer, and pgb-Polska, a renowned European fastening system supplier. These visits aimed to observe their management operations emphasizing precision and standardization, as well as the key DNA enabling them to maintain a leading position in the global highly competitive fastener market.

Additionally, the Economic Development Bureau (EDB) of Kaohsiung City Government provided substantial support to Kaohsiung-based exhibitors seeking to expand into the European market and secure more orders as well. With the infusion of government resources, Taiwanese exhibitors reaped particularly rich rewards from this year's participation, bolstering their confidence in strengthening future collaborative ties with European industrial chains, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.

Overall, Fastener Poland 2025 delivered impressive results in terms of the number of visitors, professionalism, and international participation. Both Polish and international buyers who attended the show demonstrated significant expertise and strong purchasing demand. The organizer has already announced that the next edition will take place at the same venue on October 14-15, 2026.
