MITEX Fasteners – a New Point of Attraction for the Russian Fasteners and Hardware Market
For the second year in a row, the special section MITEX Fasteners has been consistently formed as an independent and professional platform for the fasteners and hardware market. The project is part of the Moscow International Tool Expo – MITEX, the largest in Russia and the CIS countries, which will be held on November 10-13, 2026 in Moscow, at the Crocus Expo IEC.
Already in 2025, the project showed a solid start: 55 companies from Russia, China and India presented their solutions, and the exhibition itself demonstrated how high the market's interest in a specialized format entirely dedicated to fasteners is.
Today, the Russian fasteners market is developing in difficult conditions: Demand from construction and industry is growing, but at the same time competition from imports is increasing. In response, domestic manufacturers are increasingly rebuilding their business models: investing in equipment upgrades, automation, and new materials, expanding product lines, developing cooperation with scientific and engineering centers, and building more flexible logistics. In this strategy, industry events such as MITEX Fasteners become an important tool — this is where companies can demonstrate the level of their products, find new partners and respond more quickly to market demands.
