Ele Shine Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. founded in 1980 specializes in R&D and manufacture of high-end CNC lathe turning metal parts, embedded screws & nuts, various connectors and hardware. With outstanding techniques, it can manufacture or develop products mainly applicable to bikes, automobiles/motorbikes, medical device, computers/electronics, photoelectric and machinery industries as per customer’s drawing. Due to satisfying service and realization of the spirit of being a manufacturing service provider, Ele Shine can continue growth in adversity. Moreover, in order to process upcoming orders and satisfy the increasing market demand, Ele Shine also plans to set up a new factory in 2016 and has gained the approval for new factory establishment in an industrial park.

Ele Shine has been certified by ISO 9001:2008 and is able to process metals like copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and alloy steel. Manufacturing procedures are finished with high speed lathes, automatic lathes, fixed head CNC lathes, and complex sliding head CNC lathes, all in one factory. President Wei Shiang Chen thinks that one of the most important part in precision hardware is “tolerance” and Ele Shine is able to control the tolerance within 0.01mm and can offer reliable solutions for different products. “We see challenges everyday while seeking highest precision of products. How to make machines fully demonstrate their performance is our ability,” said President Chen.

Ele Shine’s customers are mainly from UK, Belgium, USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East and it has over 32 years of experience in the market. Its products are RoHS compliant and can be further processed with anodizing, grinding, vibrating, magnetic vibrating, electroplating, blackening, passivation, heat treating, Chromate coating, Phosphate coating, and finishing. It can process precision metal parts in diameter of 2-42mm and length up to 600mm.
